If I could write a book I wouldud83dude29 never felt the way I do about this job with any other job. They have made it a point to do one on one coaching, team building, they do incentives to push you to meet and exceed your goals, and they are very supportive. I've never went into a job and the atmosphere was uplifting. Between ongoing training, them giving you all the tools you need (literally) and all the fun things we do (popcorn machines, golfing, drinking, etc).. this is an amazing company with outstanding bosses. Hands down the best job I've ever had

I've been in the insurance industry for over a decade and Lionheart has been a blessing. The culture is something you don't see in the industry and the fact that I can offer final expense insurance over the phone is a game changer. Transitioning to telephone sales when I've been doing face to face sales for so long was challenging, but the training is ongoing and top notch.

Very thankful to have found lionheart. I was in door to door sales and COVID made it impossible for me to continue. It was a blessing in disguise. I started at lionheart a few months back and couldn't be happier. The management really cares about their people and help non-stop. You can tell they really want everyone to succeed. Very uplifting and positive environment. Would recommend to anyone looking for a sales job where there is constant inbound lead flow and a fun work place.

as someone who has worked in a lot of different industries Lionheart is By far the best working experience i have ever encountered management is terrific and extremely helpful! and everyone is so positive and uplifting its all around an amazing environment that makes it impossible not to succeed and couldn't imagine working anywhere else!!!!

You're not going to get management and leadership like this anywhere else. Aside from advancing your career, to work for a place that is flexible and family-oriented is a huge priority and they are fully aware. I'm hungry, eager and motivated to continue to work closer with this team.
