I was the store manager but I have resigned because of lack of support from the District Manager and corporate... I loved my job but I had to leave because of the disfunction and lack of support. Not sure how things have been since I left but I really think it's always going to be bad until corporate sends the necessary help needed for the store...
The new employees as of this month (June 2020) are very friendly and always working. And that's excellent because the previous crew were lazy and disrespectful. If they get the store actually clean and organized, it's definitely a 5 star store!!nnThey DEFINITELY have to stop blocking the emergency exit.
My go-to store whenever I want to avoid long lines and packed parking lots!

Hope is awesome . I was looking for a picture frame and asked her if there were some in the back since there were boxes unopened and she went in the back and found the box that were unopened. No one has ever done that for me in50 years. What an awesome employee.
