Don’t be more than fifteen minutes early they will turn you away. Getting loaded took 2.5 hours. They have a drivers lounge and showers. Plenty of space.
You have to come in your appointment! Not earlier, because they will not load you or unload, even if you come 15 minutes earlier, they will told you go and park on the road and wait for your appointment time.nThey loaded me 3 hours.nBut they have SUPER clean restrooms! 5 star for people who clean it!!!
Check in / check out total 45 minutes ! faster than I thought..! Driver’s lounge and restroom are super clean..
Arrived @ 0800 and ny appointment wasn't until 1200. They were awesome enough to let me load early! And as soon as I bumped the dock they were loading me.
