Patient and helpful employees, excellent selection and excellent prices, but, as usual for Once Upon a Child anywhere, even the ones I've been to in other states, it's so cramped! All the shoppers are always on edge because we can't get from one aisle to another without completely walking backwards. 50 feet and hoping that nobody pulls in. If I wasn't filled with anxiety when I shop here, I'd probably spend twice as much lol

I've taken items to sell & 9 out of 10 times I've left happy. I totally understand why they pass up things & respect the fact that they desire only the best in quality for their customers. I think it's awesome that they make it possible for people like myself to be able to clothe & shod my children in quality & stylish apparel without breaking the bank.

I have loved and enjoyed this store for the last 2 years. The prices on all their name brand like Nike etc.. i can't beat because seeing the prices online is ridiculous for great quality. I never had the pleasure of having brands so it makes me feel good that I can do that for my girls without breaking the bank.nnI've never sold anything here because with 2 girls I just recycle everything :) But I've always been pleased with customer service and while the store does seem small if you go when they're not too busy it's a pleasant experience.nnI will miss shopping this location since we're moving away but I got everything I need for the next year!

I never consign myself but the cashier's are all very nice so I love going here. I like to leave reviews so they people who give extraordinary customer service know we see them and we do appreciate it even when we are busy wrangling our kids etc .

I was very pleased with the ease of finding what I wanted, planning the order, payment process, and pick up. This had to be the easiest example of online shopping I've ever experienced.
