Can go wrong with Family Dollar. Convenient for running in and grabing some toilet paper or milk.

I'm the new manager at this location. After looking over these reviews I would like to invite everyone who has had an issue to please come see us again.nThe store was remodled and there have been some staffing changes.nWe do our best to make this a clean nice place to shop and will do what can to make your trip pleasant and enjoyable.

Went in on the 22nd at 3:30. Took my wife a teacher and my 12 year old daughter to get art supplies as they are doing online schooling. As I come to the door the door is locked and there’s a gentleman not letting anyone in there’s only one person in line. He proceeds to open the door and as rude as can be he tells us he’s only letting 10 people in at a time even though there was one in line and only two of us outside. And second of all he did not stay by the door so there was one time when somebody’s trying to get out in the doors are locked and I’m pretty sure that’s a fire hazard you’re not allowed to lock people inside your building during opening hours . When we do get in he then decides to keep complaining loudly and cussing and saying how everyone just needs to go home it sounded like he had a bad ordeal prior to us coming in but that is not our fault and that is not my 12-year-old’s fault to hear that kind of language from this man. In these kind of times I understand being in retail myself how stressful this is but never do I take out On customers what another customer has done that was so unprofessional and he should not even be employed if he cannot control his temper that bad. In the time of need when we should be coming together this man made everyone so uncomfortable that I will never shop back at this place again. I will also call corporate number to make them aware of what is going on inside this building.
