Ordered red jazz shoe covers for my daughters trio in competition - the shop reached out to me to let me know the size I needed was back ordered and asked would I like to size up - shipping was fast and easy - I then reached back out to them to see if the original size was back in stock and they shipped the original size to me as quickly as they could get them in! Personal service and quick response time really sets this site apart from its competition - I only wish we lived close enough to go in person!
I thought the owner was unprofessional in numerous areas. When she found out my child was attending lessons at a ballet company other than her own (the one adjacent to Jim's Donuts), she became totally cringeworthy. Scary.
This lady is rude and condescending and then proceeded to make fun of me in front of another customer for not knowing there was a studio seperate from the dancewear store. Wont be back.
