I paid for 3 deep tissue massages with Nina in one week because I suffer from sciatica. Both the 2nd & 3rd time I specifically told and shown Nina the exact area of my glutes where I need work. The 3rd time I specified that I wanted the full hour for my glutes only because of the extreme pain. Nina stated she understood, however during the massage, every time I reminded her what I needed she cut me off and massaged everywhere EXCEPT where I requested.nThe massage itself was great quality but I didn't receive it where I needed it. She tried to justify by saying for sciatica, it includes the lower back and thighs - which I agree- it INCLUDES those areas but to ignore the glutes is unacceptable. She could have told me upfront that she wasn't going to deliver what I needed and saved my time and money. I specifically paid to have this issue addressed and it wasn't. I won't be going back.
This was my third visit and would have been the first with this stylist however I was there for half hour after my appointment time and other than the person who checked me in I never saw or spoke to anyone. My time is precious and I understand that people run late but the least you could do is let the person know that you are running behind. I walked out and now I have to find another place to get my haircut because I won't go back. If you make appointments then you shld stick with that time or at least acknowledge your appointment.

Had an awesome experience at the hair salon got a great cut from Greg AKA (HANK) had long thick hair to my waist he took me shoulder length I love it...Thank you Greg
