Terrible, My Nails Were Lumpy, They Rushed And The Drill Hurt. I Told The Manager (I’m Assuming) And They Redid Them. They Are Still Mediocre At Best Even Being Fixed. I Was Upset Because My Nails Look Like They’ve Been Done. For A Week Already, I Would Not Recommend Spend A Few More Dollars And Get Better Quality Somewhere Else. Then To Top It Off They Tried To Make Me Feel Like I Was Wrong For Not Liking The Service. I Saw Really Good Reviews And Was Excited To Go. I Was Really Disappointed And After My Nails Got Fixed The Lady Was Like “Now Go Home” Trust Me I Will And I’ll Stay Far Away From This Place.

The customer service was very poor. The male nail tech that was doing my nails was speaking about my nails in a negative fashion to one of his fellow associates in a different language. He was rushing, which lead to my nails being uneven, messy, and lumpy. Furthermore, after showing an image of what the nails were supposed to look like, he still managed to pick the wrong colors. He even went as far as to blame me for his own lack of technique and tried to say his errors were my fault.
I got an acrylic gel set by Tina and I absolutely love them. They are clean, & professional. I also had my eyebrows done and they look perfect.
They did an excellent job on my pretty wife's nails. Nice service. Prices are okay.
