Went there on a pretty bad day. Wasn’t in the greatest of moods, got the help I needed and with excellent customer service. Patrick was the employee that helped me and literally made my day! He showed me what was wrong with my car battery, replaced it and did it in no time at all.

The people at O'reilly's are very helpful. Bilengual, and well behaved. Recommend this place.

They took time to offer help n i was the only one in the store n when they did help he acted like he didn't even want to be there

They're a good bunch of guys and gals there. They have my parts in stock, or can get them fast enough to satisfy. The store is clean and easy to find on main street.

I had originally went to Autozone and came out in tears because how I was treated. I was on my way out to Las Cruces (traveling with kids) when my car died on me the guy at autozone refused to test my alternator and was pushing me to buy one from him when i was only having issues with the battery i kept asking him to test my alternator so that if that really was the issue then i can buy one but he said no he already knew it was the alternator by touching the wires. i asked 3 times and was told no! I was able to get my car jumped at autozone by other customers because Autozone refused to do it and i went to O'Reillys and I was immediately greeted by Brinda who saw the frustration on my face. she got everything she needed to test out my battery and what not. She told me I had a bad battery, we went back inside and Patrick came over to help. I explained to them the treatment I received at Autozone and how the guy who claimed to be the manager was pushing me to buy an alternator (which was not needed) Both Patrick and Brinda worked amazing wonders for me and got me the best price and also installed the battery for me and checked my fluids as well fixed another small issue i was having with my oil settings. I was on the road in no time! The staff here was ABSOLUTELY BEYOND AMAZING AND PROFESSIONAL and Patrick and Brinda were a great team!!! I was more then pleased with this store and the staff who work there
