My granddaughter has been in the child focus program for a year and a half. The program is fantastic. The teachers are Dedicated and do a GREAT job.
I would not recommend this place. It was a waste of time for me and my son and ended up costing us $700 because their billing department is incompetent and waited 5 months to bill my insurance instead of doing it immediately at his first appointment like they said they would. I asked every appointment if I owed anything and I was told every time that I didn’t owe anything and then 5 months later I received a bill for $700. They say their motto is “where we make the difference” but I was less than satisfied.
We used this program for before and after school and was not impressed. There was no security when dropping of or picking up our child and most of the time they would send a student to open the door, how do they know who to let in the building. Also, the billing issues where a joke. The lady in charge, Theresa Felinger, hardly ever called back to resolve issue. It is convenient but that is about it.
Happy with child Focus teacher's are amazing and staff are also nice my two children are going there and they are happy.
I believe the counseling my daughter receives is a great benefit to her. My issue is that there is a nurse Yvonne working there that is so very rude! She is NOT a people person at all. She is very short mannered with children. I have bit my tongue many times but can no longer do that. You have no place working with children at all if you can't even give a child a smile let alonebe nice at all to them.the nurse her self is the sole reason for only 3 stars.
