It was fun and exciting.My husband and I, got each other Anniversary gifts. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. They answered every question we had and helped us through our whole shopping experience. We have came here for year's for all of our Jewelry and watch needs and will continue to for the future to come. I highly recommend this Kay Jewelers and know that they will not disappoint you.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. After taking my ring the first time to get fixed it seems like every couple month it breaks again. This past time the day after I got my ring back the stone had fallen out at work. Called about it was told to bring it in. With everything going on I was unable to until recently, was told I'd have to pay to have it fixed which I was irritated with but I agreed. I was supposed to receive a call with an estimate I was never contacted. I called and spoke with a woman who didn't let me finish any of my sentences, kept cutting me off and was overall very rude. After this repair I will not be coming back to this location.

It was better this time. I jacked my ring up but the issue was how much it was worth,and how many rings and the diamond. But once we git it all straight she associate apologize and fixed the issue and made finding my rings easier next time

I had a piece of jewelry fixed at Kay Jewelers and Chad was amazing to work with. My ring came back on time and I was very pleased with the work done. I recommend them to all my family and friends!

I came here to have my jewelry cleaned and it was such a positive experience. Max, the store manager made sure that he cleaned my jewelry in detail. He had me look over it before I left with it, making sure I was satisfied. The store was great and I will definitely be back for any future jewelry needs, and I will work with Max!
