As ALWAYS I was treated like garbage. I had to lace my own shoebto try it on, then had to take them back to the kid to get a smaller size. Only to have to lace those up.I did buy the second pair. So i literally sat there and laced up BOTH without the kid even offering to help.Thats 3 total...(Do they owe me a paycheck for all my hard work??) And I'll clarify.. NO, He wasnt busy. He was just standing at the counter watching the people as they passed. I will NOT spend another dime in Journeys on their severely overpriced merchandise. And their customer service....smh. Just dont even bother.
