Today I took my daughter and her friend to the eastgate mall location. at 1st the store seemed well lade out with lots of styles to chose from but when the sales person. Approach us she would only make eye contact with my daughter but her friend who is black she over looked she filled my daughter's request for the dresses she needed to try on while her friend waited to even have a dressing room open for her. So the girls tried on there dresses. The 1st women did not help us again another associate started helping the girls. Then there was the filth and disrepair of the dressing room cramped dirty and poorly run. The associate. Were poorly dressed. For a company who's average dress cost is 350.00. I think clean dressing rooms and decent sales person to assist you is expected.

Bought my dress there for my son's wedding. Lots to choose from. The gal that helped me was very helpful to the point I felt like I was shopping with a friend not my husband. She was honest about a few things and I appreciated that so much!

I have purchased a few dresses for my oldest who is just out of college. Recently I went back to get a dress for a young child we adopted for her adoption day. The store is still just as amazing as it was years ago when I had taken my oldest. This will continue to be the store I go to for dresses. The lady is always very pleasant, helpful and friendly.

I love this place! The dresses here are better quality and beautiful compared to any other store in the mall. The staff will work with you and they also have layaway.

Beautiful dresses. The store is beautifully displayed with stunning dresses. The staff is very pleasant. This eye catching store is like a bit of ud83cudf1e sunshine in the mall.
