I frequent this location pretty often due to it being one of the closest restaurants near my job, and let me tell you, I was very surprised at how fast I received my order and how nice the new manager was. I think he said his name was Blaine or Blake (I’m not that good with names). I don’t know where you guys got him from, but KEEP HIM! This location needed a better manager. The food was super fresh and really tasty. I was actually surprised because normally my food is average from this place, sometimes it’s a hit or miss on whether the food is 100% accurate or fresh. I’m just glad to see such a great improvement at this location. I almost wanted to get it for dinner too! But I live across town. Definitely will be back for my future lunch breaks!!!

Great service. I believe the lady who helped me was name was Dee. I could be wrong. But she was very nice and sweet. Food was fresh and good

The one star is for the young woman who took our order, she was real polite and friendly,we placed our order and got to the window, we sat there for almost 10 minutes watching the employees play on their phones and then was asked to pull forward to wait on our order. We waited another 10 minutes or so for them to bring it out. I don't mind waiting as long as everything is right and fresh, however, part of our order was missing, so she went back in to get it and we waited almost another 10 minutes for her to come back out and say I'm sorry but we are out of cups of cheese and walked away. Did not bring money to refund the charge for the cheese they didn't have, no big deal, we left. We get home and they gave us brown soggy onions to go with the chili, and the buddy boy was so sloppy and not right either. When you try to call the store you can't reach anyone, really disappointed, Frisch's is one of our favorite places and are there at least once a week.

Great Customer Service! I felt safe when I picked up my mom's phone order. It was a sealed in a plastic bag with her food safe inside!!nnThis is an update I had given five stars for my experience in picking up my mother's food last night, but after speaking with her this morning she said the sandwich was great, but there was a deformed onion ring glob in her order.nnThe the full onion order was four onion rings stuck together, then one extra onion ring. She has a picture I have not posted it here.nnI think the person that served it the knew exactly what they were doing and that it did not represent a great Frisch's Big Boy brandnnI'll still give four stars because she said the sandwich was good and I know the service was good, but I hope that employee learns the value of food presentation, and the name that Frisch's Big Boy has had me believe in for over 40 years!

Arrived to pick up a DoorDash order for a customer. Had to wait at least 5 minutes in the DriveThru lane before I got to the window.nnI understand – you're busy. But at the speaker you told me to pull around to the window, as though the order was ready.nnI arrived at the window to find out then order was being prepared. Waited for 5 minutes then to learn you don't have the chili spaghetti the customer ordered because you're out.nnThe customer will just have to get a refund, you said, as though that's supposed to be enough.nnThe customer is left trying to figure out what she's gonna feed her kids. It would have been better, more professional, to contact the customer when she placed the order that you were out, I said.nnYeah, you said, but my manager told me he found this out.nnWell, it would have been nice to know 5 minutes ago so I could have let the customer know.nnIt's also a school night, and the kids won't get whatever food they will have ordered until nearly 9 pm now.nnI believe you can do better, and, if you continue to be this way, I wish nothing less than your business failing for lack of professionalism and customer service.
