This pharmacy needs to work on CUSTOMER Service. If you see people waiting in the line at least acknowledge them and say Hello or we will be right with you. From the customers point of view it looks like there is 6 people in the pharmacy and nobody says nothing. It comes off rude and uninviting. Also I think when you see more than 4 people in line some of the techs need to stop what they are doing and get the line down. I was a pharmacy tech for 10 years and we would never treat our patients like that. I wish this pharmacy the best and hope they will do better in the near future.

The staff appears to be working at a speed that indicates they are always a bit behind. I would suggest having more staff on hand or else an efficiency consult.nA couple of individuals behave as if this is the last place in the world they want to be, while others give exemplary customer service.nThe pickup line can get long with social distancing difficult. The drop off window is never open as far as I can tell. The good makes up for the bad though. Prices are good. It is what it is and I will continue to patronize the pharmacy, as I am a big fan of Krogers and what they do for the community.

At the drive thru phamacy is always slow and is always looking for ur prescriptions sat in a line 4 25 min or more

Never again. Denies getting doctor's orders. Repeated anticustomer behavior. Mistakes made too often. There are many better places to deal with.

They are very horrible rude and slow i will never use this pharmacy again
