Worst pharmacy EVER! I am consistently out of medication because they cant provide it to me consistently. They have been telling me for at least 3 years that they are going to get my prescriptions on a schedule ao that i o ly have to come in once a week instead of EVERY week.

I refilled a prescription in May and it was $34.38, I refilled it in August and it was $91.77. I didn't notice the difference in price since I purchased several other items. When I called to inquire about the difference, they said it was because they couldn't get their Meijer brand so they filled it with the name brand. At the time I purchased it I was not made aware of this. all of the medications were unopened. I asked if I could return it and even though it is an over the counter medication I was not able to return it or exchange it for the Meijer brand, and they did not offer a price adjustment. Despite their good prices poor customer service will lose customers every time.

i am a big Fan of Meijer until now. I am disappointed with this store, this location at Colerain area and the polices at Colerain. My wallet was accidentally left in the shopping cart, while i was joggle with my baby and 4 years old son to make sure they are inside the car out of the weather. By time i relize about the wallet in the cart and i have turn around and boy who already retrieve the shopping cart and i talk the person about my wallet and he claim he didn't see my wallet ( which i am not assuming he didn't ) i went to the front desk to see lost wallet and their no turn up and i ask them run their video camera see who had took it and they claim no on able to do that for few days and told me go to the police for it and i did that and that was a joke which they make me waited over hrs to take a report from me and i can tell the cop have no interest to help me out due to my wallet. This isn't first time i had problem with Colerain area, my cell phone was stolen from me at Walmart and the police refuse to do anything, until i went to my local police Springfield twp and man they didn't mess around and they got my cell phone back. The Colerain police are a JOKE and I done with the Colerain area, the police , Meijer and i had been done with Walmart over year ago. By the way Meijer suck this place but other location much better.
