Place was busy, but they still got me taken care of quickly. The lady that helped me was courteous and very helpful. New location is a lot nicer too.
The ladies that work here are extremely quick and knowledgeable about their job. On top of all that they are very nice and understanding. There is a long wait usually but that is to be understood after months of not being open.
Very impressive. Long wait, but extremely organized and line moved. The girl letting people in was nice, as well as Jade who was the person who processed my license. I used to go to Roselawn, but that was a nightmare.
FANTASTIC! the new location (across the street from the older location) is much bigger and they have a great system now where they text you when your number is about to be called. I spent less than an hour in the BVM! This has been a first EVER! I have been driving since I was 16, I'm 49 now, and WOW! this turnaround time was AWESOME!ud83dude0a
I LITERALLY JUST got off the phone with an employee. I understand I called when the place was a bit busy but the lady literally jus hung up on me in mid conversation. Didn't ask was there anything else I needed or thank you have a good day, she just hung up. ud83dude10 She didn't offer to look up my information or asked any questions she literally said there was no way for her to see if I had anything on file. I called another place the lady asked for my name and license number and was able to give me exactly what information I needed and when it was filed. And again I do understand it was busy at the time but she was NOT helpful at all nor did she want to assist me when all she had to to was type in my name and license number.
