The whole store is . rearranged but I still found everything I need
I used the scan and go, once I get use to it, it will be my way of Sams club shopping
Still out of supplies...
I ordered for a pick up. Myself and another car have been waiting for over 30 minutes. While three cars have pulled up and left.nnThe other car said they have been waiting to the girl who just placed an order in someone’s car. I said I have been waiting.nnThe girl gets on her two way explaining our situation. She was given no help or direction. The reply I heard was who are you talking to.nnMy receipt online said it was picked up at 3:05. I got here at 4. My receipt thanking me for picking up my order says 4:11. I got my order at 4:44 pm.nnThat was not a five minute pick up. When I checked in it said 5-10 minutes. Somewhere something went wrong. Management should have helped.
Haven't been there for a while and so much has changed. Everything is organized and more roomy. Took longer but will remember if they don't change it again.
