Constantly being over charged, when using auto pay. Changed to pay manually. Every month it was for a different price. The people working here dont know whats going on, its all just guess work. When i called to cancel my coverage. She charged me 187$ and i asked if that was how much i owed? She said yes you missed a payment. (Which was a lie) and then told me my coverage was good up until may 23rd. (After i already told her i wanted to cancel my coverage) Then told me i could cancel but i would have to wait to be reimbursed. Even though she took my money out of my account the second i told her which card i would pay my balance with. She wouldnt look up what the payment was for BEFORE she made me pay it! Horrible customer service all around. Do yourself a favor and never do business here.

I was told by my insurance that I can come in any Allstate to give them this paper to clear up the situation that I'm having is a personal issue with so I'm not going to go into detail but when I went into the this Allstate I was treated terribly they were completely rude I was shut down immediately she was telling me lies that she couldn't help me because my insurance wasn't directly in that building I'm guessing but she just in reality didn't want to do her job because I called my insurance company which is too far away from my house and is a huge inconvenience to me to drive all the way out there and she told me everything that the lady told me was false I was treated badly and honestly I felt it was because I was black she didn't even want to speak to me or anything she was so rude and I didn't even do anything to her
