I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!! I have had state farm for YEARS and never received worst customer service! We did a state to state transfer in November 2018 and my policies are still messed up!! It is May 2019 and now I'm receiving correspondence with my name misspelled. He doesn't return calls neither do the agents in the office. Everything possible has went wrong and I'm paying the price! I've been promised results and never got them I got more help calling the agent from Virginia and now I'm transferring agents I'm done with Jeff and his office!!! I wasted 6 months waiting around for his office to fix it!! Jeff said he is a business man and one of the top 100 agents in the country I find that hard to believe when he never returned my call from weeks and weeks ago! Then while on the phone he said well you deserve a fresh start hopefully the next agent can fix this....how about NO JEFF you and your office should of fixed this!! ****USE THIS AS A WARNING AND FIND ANOTHER AGENT****

I cannot believe the horrible process my father has had cancelling his policy with this company it took 10+ calls to get in touch with the agent Jeff himself! My father in law has been trying to cancel his policy since 6/2016 ! We have sent over all documentation advising proof of other insurance that he has acquired on top of the confirmed fax reports. His staff made it apparent that he is never in the office. Jeff made a comment to me that I'm making this personal (of course I was its not Jeff's money!) Still no refund! Were going directly to the Ohio Dept of Insurance with this matter. We gave them multiple attempts to resolve this. Bad business at its finest.nSteer clear from this agency! Can you imagine the service we would have received if we had a claim?!

Hes a nice guy but really needs to learn to answer the phone. Ive been trying to call and change my bank info for about 4 months and all the phone does is ring 3 times then go to voicemail.
