For many years, anytime I need carpeting of any size I head over to Big Bob's. The last time we were there, it was vinyl flooring for the bathroom (which I still love). That was a while ago. This week all I needed was a remnant of carpet. Remnants were 50%off! I found just what I wanted!
From start to finish, Big Bobs Colerain location did and AWESOME job. We had to call and change the appointment 3 times and they delivered. Thank you so much for your help and great work.
My fiancé and I are extremely pleased with the service and the quality of not only the store but the carpet itself. We chose the remnants role because we were only doing one bedroom, it worked out perfectly. I highly recommend.
Prices were higher than expected, even remnants were high.nAlso had get my own room off the pile because the 2 guys sitting at their desk wouldn't get up to assist
I have a few spots on my tile that are loose and my stairs leading to the second floor of my house there is a spot that’s broken and needs to be fixed. I’ve called 4 separate times for 3 weeks And spoke to 2 managers the guy two guys who initially came to my home to sale me the flooring. No help! At this point I’m frustrated and would never recommend them to fix anyone’s flooring. I have the flooring for almost 2 months.
