This is a review for the Walnut Hills location (can’t find it in Google Maps yet). I called and talked to Rachel on the phone. She was extremely helpful and took her time to answer my many questions. She was so friendly! When I stopped in the next day, the staff was just as helpful. Rachel showed me around the shop and talked me through many options, and answered some questions I had about plants I already have. She also carefully packaged my plants and included handwritten care instructions for each. She was extremely knowledgeable, and the staff acts as if you’re the only customer, giving their undivided attention. It was such a great experience! I will definitely be back. As a side note the shop is simply gorgeous and a very pleasant atmosphere. But customer service is what keeps me coming back and this place hits 5 stars in that department too. Thanks Fern!

Very knowledgeable and friendly employees! They have a variety of plants. They give you a care card for your purchased plant which is helpful and sets you up for success. Highly recommend!

After the last year, I decided to splurge and purchase *cough cough* a lot of plants for myself for my birthday. I placed an online order around 6:15 am and called to follow up around noon, not knowing if the order would be ready that day or if it would take a couple of days. The staff was incredibly friendly, and even took my order for a couple more plants over the phone. I didn’t see the plants until they were picked up, so the employees selected them for me. Every single plant was beautiful! The roots were all in great shape, they were all very healthy, no pests or problems - this shop obviously takes great care of their products. My mother picked them up and said their COVID safety measures were also very thorough. Between the beautiful plants and awesome customer service, this is by far my new go-to shop for all things plant life. I was also very happy with the prices and love their $4 2” tropicals - I purchased some as a surprise and they were an awesome variety and all adorable and healthy!

The staff here were so helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t have much experience with house plants and they helped guide me to buy just the right plant for me and a gift for my sister! Will definitely recommend and come back.
