Most of my experience has been with Jim. Overall, he was helpful and created a great trip for a buddy and I. He made sure our special accommodations were met, and made the financial side a breeze. As long as they can get my destinations, I'll vacation through Crowne. Kudos

My wife and I booked a cruise through Crowne Travel and it was a wonderful experience. Lisa was very informative and helped us select the best option in our price range. The trip was great and we hope to book again next July! Would definitely recommend.

I recently booked a trip with Crowne Travel; and it was by far the easiest trip I have ever booked.. I'm used to doing all of the research on different travel sites and trying to get the best price. With Crowne, they did all the work for me AND saved me money! BRILLIANT!

My experience started out quite positively. We originally planned on having a destination wedding in Jamaica, our agent was quite helpful at this point. We paid our deposit. Due to unforeseen circumstances we needed to change from Jamaica to the Florida Keys. After receiving confirmation that our package was cancelled we were told we would get a portion of the deposit back in 7 to 10 days this was around the beginning of July. Until I called a few days ago I have heard nothing back from my agent. We had last discussed places in the Keys and she told us she would get back with us and NOTHING. Even when I called about the refund she's made no mention about ending her services with us just simply no communication. I had referred quite a few friends the company but I think I will reevaluate that now. I would hate for this to happen to someone else.nAt least if you no longer want to help us a simple call or email would be suffice. Not totally ignoring your customers! Good luck if you choose them. Maybe the other agents are not like the one I dealt with.n.
