The staff was friendly and polite. The food was a good temperature and order was ready within a minute or two of my scheduled pick-up time. The negative was the amount of toppings on both of my pizzas. I've worked food service so this may not be a store issue, it might be a corporate issue with how much they state to put on the pizza. If I'm going to pay almost double the competitors price, I shouldn't receive half the amount of toppings. This is the sole reason for the 3 star rating. When you open the box and look at the food, you shouldn't have to hunt for something that comes with 3 toppings t find them. I don't expect it to look like an avalanche of toppings but c'mon now.
This location is always good. Pizza comes out quick and perfect every time. The staff is super friendly. I accidently ordered my pizza from the wrong location. She helped me get it cancelled and order again from this location. Made my pizza super fast and bright it out to me. 5 stars!
I have had many times of my order not being right, not getting all of what I ordered, also being disrespected when I call to see what happened. I have been a loyal customer, so I'm truly not happy with this!
They're always fast and friendly great staff great people my order is always perfect I have no complaints ever
Usually everything is good at this location. However, we ordered the Philly CheeseSteak Papadias There was no cheese on them. No Philly Sauce. The Steak was dry and the bread was so hard we could only eat the centers. That was a shame. It was the first time we had them. We will not order it again.
