Freddie's is consistently good fast food. Their burgers are 'smashed', leaving brown and crispy edges. They have shoestring fries and good onion rings. The custard is also very good, a little richer than regular soft serve. The service is usually fast and friendly. It's very similar to Steak n' Shake without the table service.
Out of hotdog buns at the time of my visit. Out of chili as well. Counter service painfully slow. French fries all over the floor by the counter area where you pick up your order. Ordered a #5 combo. The screen on the ordering terminal showed a #1. When I told the young woman taking my order I wanted a #5, her response was I know and that's what I entered. It'll be a while before I go back, if at all.
Had my first experience with Freddy’s today and was not disappointed. The food was great and the service was even better. I will definitely be coming back. Super impressed.

Foods always good, service is a little slow but not bad. Would be 5 stars if all of the staff would cover their faces with masks. I mean, it's been a year. Jesus christ
