Don’t do it it looks nice the apartments were nice but there was a squirrel or rat in our ceiling and they refused to handle the issue. during the pandemic we lost our jobs and were locked down and they still made us pay rent (we ended up having to move because we just couldn’t afford it without a job) and charged us 4 months of rent. when we only missed 2 months. Loved the apartments but management was absolutely terrible.

Don't waste your time. Apartments looks nice when you move in then not even a month of being there our toilet stopped working took them almost a month to come check it out and fix it. Once I let them know of some other problems with floorboards rising they said its cement under that its not possible. After letting them know I was moving they refused to take my calls.

This place is terrible place to rent! Here is why... they rented us an apartment that is falling apart. They charge you fee’s for water/electric apart from what you already pay separately in your electric bill that’s included in your rent. So whatever rate they tell you that you will pay monthly for rent will change on a month to month bases. We call the maintenance man every other week to fix things in this place. There’s a horrible draft that keeps your apartment cold regardless if the heat is on or not. The apartment walls are like paper so you will never have a moment of peace and quiet! These apartment are so low quality for the price they want you to pay! It’s a red flag If they won’t let you see the apartment until last minute! IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN DO NOT MOVE HERE IT IS NOT SAFE FOR THEM!
