Every time I come to this location to pick up prescriptions, I am told to drive around and come back thru. Thus will be the last time. Grocery part is great except for not enough parking.
Very unprofessional. Just a warning don't work here if you know what's good for you. They act like they would be a cool place to work for but they treat their employees like trash. And the customer service desk is so unprofessional they act like they its a big deal calling. Let me not even get on the management very unprofessional and bad vibes.
This is the best Kroger Pharmacy! Their customer service is amazing. They made it a very easy process for my parents when they transferred from another pharmacy. They get through long lines very quick. Thank you for all you do!
We needed to get a prescription today. We pulled into the drive through at 5:33 pm. We pulled out of the line at 6:06 pm because we were then running late. One car moved during that time. I have no idea why it was taking that long. If people’s prescriptions weren’t ready, you think you’d have them pull around. I highly doubt all three people who actually got that far (the two who started and one car that pulled up) all came before their prescription should have been done.
Very pleasant staff and so helpful. Always willing to go the extra mile to help.
