I have never seen a more incompetent staff. I have been going to kroger for my medicine for years. I recently moved and had to change locations. My doctor sent my rx over and A FEW DAYS later I get a text saying they are ready. I go to pick them up.... and they have no record of me or my medicine on file? I showed them the txt but they acted like it was my fault. It took me almost a month to get my first refill at this location. AND This has happened to me three times since then.nAt the same place. My doctor has sent my refills through and I've done it online and every time they claim to not get it. Very rude staff, they don't want to help.

This is a great pharmacy. I’ve been in pain and my doctor prescribed me a medication I may be allergic to BUT the pharmacist here caught it and called my doctor to get me a different prescription. It took a little time to do this but they continued to communicate with me and I received my prescriptions the next day. They were also very friendly and helpful.
