It actually hurts my brain how horrible this pharmacy is. I’ve worked in customer service and am not one to complain or write bad reviews EVER. But this is out of hand. Getting my monthly prescription is always an all day affair because they don’t answer their phones and I’m left on hold for 1 hour. No exaggeration. Sometimes longer. And then I’m told I have to wait an additional hour for my prescription to be filled. Just to find that when I get there to pick it up after an hour they had “lost” my prescription and I have to wait an additional hour to pick it up. I have a toddler to cart around and absolutely do not have time for this kind of unprofessionalism. If I could give zero stars I would. I absolutely dread having to deal with this pharmacy monthly.

It's unbelievable how sometimes they won't answer the phone at all. At times dealing with them is stressful.nI went to pick up medicine a couple of days after I called it in and it wasn't ready, they could have informed me that there was a problem with the way the doctor had written it but they didn't. I waited at the drive thru and it hadn't been filled. It's easier to go Walgreens.nKrogers hours aren't that good, and sometimes when you go thru the drive thru they don't put in your ID for gas points They really don't deserve any stars.

The two young girls working at the time were extremely rude and had an attitude. I’ve never been talked down to as a customer at a pharmacy before, so that was a first. Also, provided me with wrong information. Needless to say, I will not be coming back.

I've never had a problem getting prescriptions filled and the drive thru line is typically very fast. I get frustrated though because more than once I have called during business hours and the phone just rings and nobody picks up. I find this unacceptable for a major chain pharmacy.

I recently called to check on my prescriptions. Someone answered and immediately put me on hold. I waited and waited. No one ever came back. I finally gave up. Still don't know... I didn't want to go through the drive through without knowing for sure that they were ready. My experience at the drive-through is usually involves a long wait. I once waited 22 minutes with only two cars ahead of me.
