The head pharmacists are great and most of the techs under them are good, but there's one lady there that has a terrible attitude and is snippy and rude. But over all I love them. Especially after being at Walgreens for 8 years. Kroger pharmacy is a breath of fresh air. I would rate 5 stars if the rude lady got a job somewhere else. ud83dude24

I very much appreciate this pharmacy. The Pharmacist and all of the assistants do a phenomenal job of making my experience very pleasant. They are very quick with their service and remember me every time I go in. When my insurance wouldn’t cover a prescription, this team did everything they could to find a cheaper solution. They helped me to take my prescription from $25/month to $8/month. I have been going to this pharmacy for 4 years, and even after having moved to another area (with a different pharmacy closer) I still prefer to go to them.nnI would recommend them to anyone looking for a great pharmacy with excellent employees!

Don’t expect to get the correct amount of medicine. Always an excuse— slow service, they like to go in back and hide. Some of the worst customer service I’ve seen in years. We need to end retail pharmacy as an industry if this is what we can expect.

Terribly slow, never fill everything at once -- always say its in the next shipment -- even for very basic prescriptions. This location has literally filled everything requested in full maybe 1 out of 12+ visits.

Rick Phillips, Managing Pharmacist has created an excellent team. They all provide great service. He cannot control the substitute pharmacists who fill in for him while he is out on medical leave. While he and his staff always maintain a positive attitude. Substitute Pharmacist Ashely today was quite rude, blaming me for not her not having handled a Dr's called in prescription correctly (lost it) and continued to be rude as we attempted to rectify the situation. It is not necessary, or acceptable for a pharmacist, who is supposed to be available to counsel patients regarding prescriptions to start out being rude. I had called my Dr. He asked that I let him speak to the Pharmacist. She refused to speak to him, saying he had to call back through the call center. She didn't offer to call him back. She snapped at me, as if the very thought of handing her the phone was rude on my part. She was afraid of speaking with the Dr., (with good reason, as he was not happy about her losing his previously called in information) and she took it out on the customer. Zero stars for Ashely. Update: Ashley is gone, Rick is back, and all is right with GlenWood Crossings Kroger Pharmacy on Springfield Pike.
