I was humiliated by the front desk more than once.nThey treated me like i was some kind of vagrant.nAt check in they acted like i wouldnt have enough money.nI checked in and i was actually pretty impressed with the nice clean room.nI had 0 problems or issues with the room or the hotel.nWhen checkout came i cleaned my room and took my trash outside.nI went to the front desk to get my $250 deposite back, and they told me they had to check the room.nThey accused me of smoking in the room even though i didn't.nI tried to give them my word i didnt smoke they said:n'we know you did' and 'wheres the trash?'nI explained i tried to clean the room nicely.nThey stood around and talked about me.n'the person who has to clean the room is human too'nThat was a good one.nFinally the group of women waved me over to the desk.nThey said they had a conversation and they decided to give me my deposit back.nHowever not because they believed me, but with another condescending comment :nBecause i need the money.nI should be greatful.nI have never been more disgusted with any costumer service representatives.nToo bad i make more money than all of them.ud83eudd37
