The covid closed circuit driving course was super easy. I was in and out of the test and licensing building in less than an hour. The man at the front counter of the exam station was a little gruff but not unhelpful. The driving instructors were very nice and very helpful. They walk you through the course and make it easy to pass.

The ladies checking kids in for their driving portion of the exam were rude. My son has had his temporary license for 7 months and we forgot to bring the certificate from his driving school. She acted like we were completely ignorant. I've never had a good experience with this location. The staff needs some common courtesy training.

For the COVID Driving Test: The driving test instructor said “The test starts now.” and took a long pause. My kid started to drive the course. When she finished, the instructor said that she automatically failed because she didn’t do the inspection, even though she never prompted my kid to answer any vehicle inspection questions / do any inspection tasks. It would be one thing if my kid ignored the instructions, but the instructor never told my kid to do anything. The long pause and blank stare had her assume she meant to start the course.nMy other kid went to Seven Hills. They did a much better job there explaining the new test. I understand there are rules the driving instructors must follow when grading, but I find it absolutely unfair that my kid had to fail because the instructor didn’t explain the instructions. Especially since the test is revised and the instructions are not the standard ones. Don’t waste your time scheduling a driving exam here, I would recommend Seven Hills or Middletown.

The man at the front desk is very rude to everyone. If he dont like his job he dont have to take it out on the customer's. These kids are up there trying to get started in life an this man is rude to them. Very unprofessional an uncalled for behavior. I would not recommend taking any child to this place for any reason.

Would give no stars if possible. This is the absolute rudest bunch of people I have ever come across. They have no idea who pays their salaries. In addition to being nearly incompetent, they will talk down to you the entire time!
