I ordered merchandise online to pick-up in the store. When I arrived at the store, I asked where I go to pick-up merchandise and the lady pointed to an area and told on the opposite side. I walked over, there was no one there. I saw a lady with a green vest on and I tried to get her attention to find out what I was supposed to do. She completely ignored me, walked past me without any acknowledgement. The customer walking behind her shook her head and said, “talk about being ghosted.” I then walked over to a red-haired woman in a green jacket and asked what I needed to do to get the order I placed online. She replied, I call someone. After waiting more than 10 minutes I walked over to the customer service counter and asked the person to cancel my order and issue a refund. She said, “I don’t know how to do that.” So, she called the lady that ghosted me over who, not surprisingly, did not know how to do this either. She went and got a gentle man that knew how to cancel the order and it was canceled in a matter of seconds. I realize that having someone duty or having numbers to take or having a call button is old fashioned but, if this is what modern customer service is, I will keep ordering from Amazon.

Placed an online order and I was notified that it was ready an hour before my pickup time.nWhen I arrived I notified them I was there through the Sam's Club app and my order was delivered right away and loaded into my car.nGreat service, thanks!

I came here with my wife on a Saturday afternoon. It was crowded with other customers but clean and well organized. I never like being accosted by pushy salespeople as I walk in the front doors. I would recommend downloading the Sam’s Club app so you can use the Scan & Go feature to avoid the checkout line when you leave.

I love Sam's. I love to try the different foods that's already made. Plus their freshly made croissants, cheese cakes and more. I love to shop in bulks.
