I have been an USAA member for 22 years. I had no issues and they have always had reasonable rates. Mr. Moody office was near where I lived so I decided to drop in and get a quote. In less than 20 minutes I was able to lower my home owners policy as well maintain competitive rates for my autos. It is a good feeling to have your agent nearby and available. I have dropped in a few times already fornPolicy questions and he has always been professional and educated me on my questions as well as made it easy for payments.
