I like ALLof these. I really love Kristy Jackson State Farm because all of her employees are friendly and they know you when you call. Every time I have a question they always have an answer. They are like family. Its niice to gowhere everybody knows your name and treat you special. I LOVE THESE GUYS. THEY ALL WORK TOGETHER AND ARE HARD WORKERS.

Kristen Jackson, my State Farm Agent and her team are professional, responsive, helpful & accommodating. had a car accident September 17, 2019. My passenger side was hit on a turn by the trailer of us in my truck. Of course at the intersection the cameras didn’t work so it was a battle. State Farm thought to be reimbursed and the truck drivers insurance company thought not to reimburse. My agent kept me abreast of what was going on no matter what time I called in today I receive notification that I would be refunded my deductible which means we won. I recommend Kristen Jackson.

I moved to a different area of town and wanted more personalized service from an insurance agent. I called the two State Farm agents in my neighborhood and based on my phone conversation with Kristen Jackson had no doubts about the exceptional service I would receive when I moved my policies. Kristen had me come in to her office to review my polices. She took the time to evaluate my circumstances and made personalized recommendations for insurance and finances. She didn't push or oversell anything. Over the last 10 years I've removed polices, added polices, made changes, etc and have always received prompt and courteous customer service. Kristen Jackson, State Farm is always willing to help me asses my needs and ensure I'm covered -- I have 10 policies/products with State Farm and I feel secure knowing that should something happen I'm covered. (I have 3 life polices for me and my family, 2 auto polices, 4 property/liability polices, and a State Farm credit card. I was told that if I finance my next car with State Farm gap insurance is provided -- that may be my next State Farm product!) I highly recommend Kristen Jackson, State Farm for insurance and financial needs -- and if you're not certain -- talk with her -- she's the best!
