This is the worst insurance I’ve ever had. One regular checkup with standard labs. $1600 in bills, nothing covered by S&S Health. Called them and the only response was “Your plan doesn’t cover those codes”. I had Cigna last year, same doctors appointment cost me $40 co-pay. Everyone at work is having problems with them, urging my employer to switch is back to Cigna!

Place just recently bought from an unexpected buyer New York laugh out loud they got trick real good into buying this place the owners walked out before things got too deep and left the new owners to deal with it not to mention the place is full of nothing but drama and completely unprofessional employees along with staff and i t that has no way of completing any task on a timely manner
