The sales rep was very friend and informative and not aggressive. I liked that he referenced some neighbors by name that were also a client of yours.nnJohn, the person who installed the product was ahead of schedule, very friendly and courteous. He explained everything that he was going to do and asked me several times if I had any questions. I also liked that he took the time to show me some termite damage on some trip underneath my deck. I was very happy with his service.
The technician, Doug, came for our initial treatment. He was professional and thorough. He explained why he was doing various things and pretty much just did it without needing oversight or making me feel insecure. The products they use are pet friendly after 20 minutes. That alone makes them unusual and preferred. I’d highly recommend them.
I have been very pleased with Insight. They show up on time, are respectful, explain what they are doing. They do a good job and we have not had bugs in the house since we started using them. Very happy!!
Gerald Lewis did my last service. He is very professional and friendly. He also did my parents service and everytime Gerald showed up on time with a smile on his face. If you want great customer service and someone who will go up and beyond ask for Gerald.
