Had the best experience here! We had already gotten a couch from elsewhere and saw a couple we liked at Ashley’s so decided to go look. Their were sooo many options and Nate helped us out and he was incredible! Everything was super quick and easy and our sectional is already supposed to be here in 2-3 weeks! The sectional we ordered with the other place was delayed until end of June! So we canceled with them and ordered with Ashley’s. They have great prices and protection plan. We can’t wait to get our new sectional!

Bought a table July 4th. While at the store the sales rep mentioned it would be delivered in a week. After receiving a call that our delivery was pushed back they finally come July 30th. The table was cracked so they took it back. We also ordered 4 chairs. Two were in a box and two were put together? Like floor models I’m guessing. Then the delivery drivers said they would call us within 2 business days to set up a new delivery. We waited 5 days before calling. After an hour wait on the phone we reached a representative who said they could deliver it August 11th. August 11th came around and they came by to deliver our table. They showed up and said they were picking up a table? We mentioned me never got one. Same go around here. Said they would call us back within a few business days. Never did. We call, wait an hour to reach someone and they say it’s back ordered and to call back in a couple weeks. So I call them back end of August. They said we can deliver Sept 2nd between 2-6:30 pm. Well nevermind that hey arrived at 7 pm. The table was damaged! So here were are 2 months since paying for our table with no table. Do not recommend paying big money to this company. Not worth the hassle.

Shopping at Ashley is always a pleasure. First of all the selection is top notch. Tons of choices, good quality items, and a wide range of prices to choose from. The sales staff lets you know they're there and usually aren't too high pressure. They also are flexible with pricing in that they'll match competitors and they have great financing options. We'll be going back.

I had the most stressful and exhausting experience shopping at Ashely’s Furniture. There are so many furniture store options in the area that I would highly recommend. This store will not answer the phone. Customer care will not answer the phone. The salesman on the floor may provide good service while you are in the store but do no expect any level of service afterwards. At delivery, the delivery team dropped half of my order off in boxes and left. I asked them if they typically take the furniture out of boxes at the least; they said they do not. In all my experience with other furniture stores, the delivery team not only unboxed furniture, but set it up as well as part of the service you pay for. I had cancelled the remaining parts of the order out of frustration with Ashley’s business as a whole. I do not want to go through this experience any further. My salesman is aware of the cancellation. Yet, I have not gotten any communication from the store regarding receiving money back. My lawyer will be in contact with the store from here on out.

Thanks to Jeff Beach for his assistance in finding the perfect living room suite. He did a great finding products that matched our needs. Very knowledgeable about the brands. We were ready to buy and take home a set that day. He made it happen. We will be happy to work with him again and refer our friends and family!! Thanks to his manager, Lauren (I think) for helping us with a great deal and thanks to the ladies that wrapped our furniture for the trip home. Great experience all the way around!!
