First I would like to say is I love the fact they stay open later than other stores. It's always well organized and you can't beat the price. I was just telling my dad who lives in Florida that they needed a store up north in Ohio.. My wish was granted last year when I was passing try County mall and saw their sign off to my left. I absolutely love the place and the prices are unbeatable!
The store is nice but there are few choises and less items compared to other Ross stores that I went before
We love this store and we alos love the location. This store is spacious, clean and has great customer Service.
Good selection of clothing. Shoe racks we're almost empty the first time I shopped here. It was on a Saturday and this store has a TJ Maxx and DSW very close by. I came back on a Wednesday still no shoes. Prices aren't baf.
Didn't care for the cashier. She over-packed my items into paper thin plastic bags that were tearing before I even picked up my bags off the counter.. I had to point that out to her and she just handed me more paper thin bags to re-bag my items myself. The shelves were also pretty bare. I likely won't return to this location. The other employees were fairly pleasant though.
