My brother had been buried at this cemetery for almost 2 years. When we buried him I was told that they clean the tombstones 4 times a year. I'm from Illinois which is a four hour drive I expect to see the flowers, bears etc that my family put down on his grave. Needless, to say I visited him twice in the same week before I left to drive back home and his things were gone. My sister has been calling leaving messages and no one has returned her call. Last, week we get to the cemetery and his vase was missing off of his tombstone! Now, calling trying to see why we are having so many issues and still no return call yet. I'm extremely upset with the way you guys handle business. I've never loss a loved one until I buried my 25 yr old brother at this beautiful cemetary and I feel like I'm reliving that terrible day all over again. Where are the groundskeeper? Why wasn't we notified about the issues that are going on? Why haven't you guys returned any of our calls? I just need reassurance that no more of his items will be removed before they're supposed to be. Will his vase be replaced? I'm a concerned big sister that truly love my brother and I need to know these things In advance. A courtesy call is all it takes. I'm very disappointed!
