Stopped by one day on a whim trying to find a dear uncles grave site, to no avail! I happened to notice a man outside and explained my frustration at not remembering where the grave was. This young man, GOD bless him, stopped what he was originally doing to go inside his office and locate the area for me,,, THEN he walked me personally over to it! Impressed beyond words. So if you see this Mr Jordan, THANK YOU AGAIN for helping me out. Truly compassionate man

Burying a loved one is not easy to do, for anyone involved. Jordan Kandil not only made this process as seamless as possible, you can see that his heart is in everything that he touches. He is knowledgeable, charismatic and empathetic at the same time. Most importantly, he made you feel comfortable in making tough decisions. Jordan was available and attentive and I will never forget the experience I have received. I am at ease knowing not only are my Mother, Grandmother and other family members looking down from above; but that they are in such great hands in their eternal rest at Crownhill Memorial Park.

My grandmother's vase was stuck and I was going to let it go but I had these beautiful flowers and I wanted to put them in her vase. I came into the office and I asked if someone could help me. I saw that that the burial guys were filling in a grave. So I figured that I would just put in a request for it to be fixed. I didn't expect that a guy in a suit would get his suit dirty on his knees cleaning off everything besides getting the vase out he said his job is to service anyone that has a loved one here. Crownhill is the place I will be I am only 29 but if this how this cemetery is ran I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

I came up to the cemetery the other day and I was greeted by Jordan, he was very kind and helpful and showed me around the cemetery and answered all of my questions. It’s always nice when you’re greeted by a friendly face.
