It is usually ok but I walked in asked the lady cause I wanted to check my points she pulled it up on her register and showed me my points and said I had a free beverage I told her I would like to use 630 am not busy and the coffee tastes it like it had been sitting there forever so I put more creamer to try and help it and it didnt it just made it worse and it was not hot but I already used my free coupon knew I couldn't get it back so I was stuck with a cup of cold bad coffee terrible and the other coffee pot only had a little in it too they have on these places for coffee pots and have like 3 or 4 pots with coffee IT WAS JUST REALLY TERRIBLE AND I WASTED MY FREE COUPON CAUSE I COULDN'T DRINK IT WAS NASTY AND THERE WERE ONLY 2 PEOPLE IN THERE ME BEING ONE OF THEM THEY COULD'VE HAVE MADE FRESH COFFEE

This store reeks of cigarette smoke. I smell like an ashtray every time I walk into and out of the store. Please is there a way to fix this. The customer service is good and the lines move quick.

Speedway often has the lowest gas prices in the Forest Park area. Located in the business district on Northland Blvd. Customer service is always good.

One star is even to much for the service that was given to customers this morning 9/27/2018. The store is located at 625 Nortland Blvd in Cincinnati, Ohio. Im there every morning between 6:50am - 7am. This appears to be a very high peak time for this store. Walk in this morning and as usual only one cashier is ringing folks up. There are 20 ppl deep waiting in line to purchase COFFEE. Normally there are at least 9-12 pots ready on the warmers. This morning there was one pot half full, all others were empty. What gets me is the manager, (short, round, blond hair lady....I did not get her name) was at a register counting change. As A MANAGER she should have apologized for only having one register open and not having time to make fresh coffee because were short staffed. As A MANAGER she should have said i'm making my count but will be with you in just a moment. THEN SHE SHOULD HAVE MOVED QUICKLY LIKE SHE CARED! Majority of the customers are there to grab coffee before GOING TO WORK! There was another associate making pizza??? You NEEDED her on a register till your customer base slowed down! This may seem trivial to most however hands down CUSTOMER SERVICE is going to make or break an establishment! John, you as the district manager, need to check on your store during the early morning hours.
