A few years ago I hated this location but for the past 12+ months the staff here has been on point, attentive, good quality food and awesome customer service. I come here to buy burgers for my dog and the staff still wants to provide excellent service even when they know the food is for a family pet. Moral is simply treat people how you wanna be treated and I KNOW FOR A FACT THIS LOCATION WILL RECIPROCATE THAT LOVE!
Slowest service ever: I went through drive through, 3 cars in front of me, and it took well over 15 minutes to even place my order. Got to the window and they told me to sit in the next lane (for pickup) where I sat for ANOTHER 20 minutes and not a single car moved...nnAfter over 35 minutes of waiting I had to leave to go back to work, never got my burger and chicken bites i ordered (I better be getting a refund). Avoid eating here if you have any deadlines, you will never make it on a standard 45 minute lunch break.
As a restaurant owner, I cannot fathom any logic to cutting off your drive through and just doing uber and doordash. You're the only option I have late. I guess I'll find another.
There are times when you just want a Big Bufford and an apple pie. This location always has a wait but the employees are nice, even on crazy busy nights. I love the mushroom and swiss. Sure would be nice to add it the menu again.
