Ordered a plain double burger and a large fry, received a burger with pickles and mustard and a small fry.

This rating reflects the custard. The food is solid as well, but the custard is easily the best I've had outside of Wisconsin. The thick, velvety texture and rich vanilla or chocolate flavors are memorable. It doesn't melt immediately which is welcome. It's the best frozen treat in Cincinnati, and that includes Graeter's in my opinion.

Food is delicious, but the service is terrible! If you're going through the drive through and there is any line at all expect to wait at least 20 minutes, double check to make sure your order is correct, and prepare for attitude. The food is really good but the service really sucks

We waited at least 20 minutes for the drive thru where there wasn't more than 5 cars waiting. Compared to most places, this seems a bit too long. Once we got our food, it was warm at best, as if it was sitting out for 10 minutes in the cold. One of the burgers we ordered with lettuce barely had any lettuce on it. Overall this location was sub par at best.
