I had the best experience at Wendy's drive through on red bank tonight! The food was good but I am talking about the customer service. I encountered two women tonight who truly cares. That's priceless.
If I could rate 0 I definitely would first experience started very horrible walked in to wash my hand when there was human feces smeared all over the bathroom walls when brought up to management I was told “I can’t do anything about that” I went on to order my food as I seen employees drop and pick up food and still hand the bags out would not recommend at all
Cold , hard ,nasty , old food . The wait was ridiculous in drive thru and I definitely wont be returning.
Waited about 20 minutes on food. Employees were fighting, threatening each other, playing on phones rather than working.nManager just smiled at them.nWhen we finally got our food it didn't taste fresh.nWe received wrong size drinks and fries. No one seems to care about the service or quality at this store.
I was made to wait 30mins for my order, then I got home to find not just one of my chicken sandwichs old and dry, but 2 of them! The medium fry was stale and cold as well. When I tried to call them and speak with someone, no one even answered the phone. I'm very disappointed with that particular Wendy's because they're close to home and most of the time accurate with my orders... I may not go back there, EVER!!
