Great service, curbside pickup. Place an item on hold is easy using the library website
Very bad. They allow people to be loud and disruptive!!! Last time I was here, they arrested me for public disturbance and I got flung onto the floor and almost killed right in front of all the people! TERRIBLE, DO NOT GO TO THIS LIBRARY. Also, for a treatment of an 80 year-old man, the Madeira Police should have arrested the perpetrators! Not me! I am 80 years old for goodness sakes!
Great library branch. One of the larger branches outside of the main library downtown and because of that there's more variety to choose from present in this branch. The only negative was the lack of tables for working in semi-seclusion. I found only one somewhat secluded table out of the flow of traffic behind the adult bookshelves. It was being used by a book club. The other tables are in the main area of the branch next to the public pcs and there's a lot of foot traffic all around.
Nice staff with many useful book selection!
Good selection of books and media. Addition, you can have items from other branches shipped here at no charge.
