Absolutely love all of the pieces I have from there! I currently am gone for long periods of time for work. When I come back home, after months, my Silver Mountain Jewelry is always looking better than my Tiffany. Always less tarnished. The staff always is friendly and helps me find what I want and am looking for as well.

The most incompetent staff, these ladies have ZERO knowledge of their products and spend their shifts on their phones or eating. First, I order a custom name plate. I get the necklace 3 weeks later (which isn’t the problem) and the necklace is on the incorrect chain (NOT what I ordered) I call to get it resolved and they said they would order me the correct chain BUT I would have to take it to a jeweler to get the chain replaced.... are you kidding me? Literally the most non customer centric establishment. I’m trying to get in contact with the official management.

I have bought several pieces of jewelry for my girls and myself. I love everything we have bought!! the quality of the products are very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. More notably they were very patient with me as I took a long time to decide what I wanted and answered any questions I had. will definitely be back to buy more !!

I was here in December looking for a gift for my sister with nothing really specific in mind. The person who helped me did a great job of helping me narrow it down. She asked me about her style, favorite colors, and worked with me to find something in my price range. I really liked how personal the service was and I'm very happy with what I chose!
