Bruce is the rudest person I have ever met in customer service in my life. After my experience and coming to read other reviews I see I am not the only one and don't understand how he has a job still. He made my in store purchase so unpleasant in fact I had to leave and come back to specifically ask for another sales associate. The lady I had was very lovely. I left the jewelry to be engraved over night. Went back this morning to pick it up and dealt with Ryan who was also very kind and courteous. My engraving is absolutely beautiful and I am very happy with the purchases. I wish I had that experience from the start. I gave 3 stars because even though it ended great the beginning was horrible because of Bruce. He was in there loudly bragging he had made it 66yrs and 2 months so maybe it's time for him to retire and let people have a pleasant in store experience.

We had an issue with my wife's necklace and bracelet and we were not satisfied with the answer. I asked to see the manager and she took care of the problem.

Recently worked with Annitra Bailey at the Kenwood Tiffany's to finalize the purchase of a ring for my wife. Over the course of 2 weeks, Annitra went above and beyond to provide what I now consider to be a model for customer service in any industry: She was impressively knowledgeable, consistently personable and, most of all, exceptionally accommodating to my busy work-hours by communicating/providing me with information and updates during her days off! If every company elevated their level of customer service to that of Tiffany's, as exemplified by Annitra, life would far be easier.
