We bought a wedding set (engagement ring and wedding band) for me as well as a wedding band for my husband from sales rep Misty on 2/13/21. The ring for my husband was a bit tight, but Misty told us to take the ring home, she would order a size up, and we could exchange once the new ring arrived. I called every two weeks to check on the status of the replacement and every two weeks I was told “it will be another week”. Today I called again (today is 4/9/21) and the ring still hasnt arrived. While everyone is pleasant and professional, this store is not reliable.

GREAT PLACE TO SHOP THE SALES ASSOCIATE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY NICE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY GREAT AND THEY ARE NOT PUSHY SALESPEOPLE THEY LET YOU BROWSE AND HELP YOU FIND WHATEVER YOU NEED !!!
