Very great experience! I've never bought from the actual Michael Kors store! I've bought from stores who also sell MK such as Macy's. I love the new MK purse I bought today! Ben was very helpful! He was also very knowledgeable on the products couldn't! I couldn't decide between two purses and he was nice enough to let me think about it and he put them on hold, until I came back and was ready to purchase! Very sweet of him! Great staff and good quality purses!

Very disappointed in Michael Kors. Bought a mixed media barrel bag and the calf hair strip on the bag starting falling out a month after I started using it. I was told it's not covered by the warranty. If the materials used are inferior then Michael Kors should either fix it or issue a merchandise credit. I have purchased many Michael Kors bags but in am so disappointed that they care so little about customer satisfaction that I will no longer purchase their merchandise.

Extremely disappointed in this store’s customer service. I have purchased several bags and spent over $1000 at this point. I attempted to exchange a handbag I purchased four days earlier and the same individual who sold it to me refused to complete the exchange because the tags weren’t ATTACHED. Despite having all the packaging, tags, and receipt, I have basically wasted $200 because they refuse to exchange the bag.
